The following information will be useful to you as you prepare to apply to the program:

    • Application period: You're invited to apply for the program during the fall semester, with all programs beginning in early summer the following year. You can apply at any time, but applying early increases your chances of hearing back from us sooner.
    • How to apply: Visit our Careers portal and upload your resume. Additionally, answer a few short-form questions to help us understand your background and qualifications. We embrace an inclusive evaluation approach and therefore do not require cover letters or letters of recommendation.

    1:1 interview

After reviewing your application, we will email you to notify you of the outcome. If selected, you will be invited to a one-on-one interview. This will provide an opportunity to discuss your experiences, educational background, skills and more.

      Panel interviews

If you progress to the next stage, our team will reach out to schedule a panel interview. This interview will provide an opportunity to elaborate more on your experiences, educational background, skills and more. Be prepared to meet with multiple company representatives.

      To prepare for your interview:

      1. Before the interview, we advise you to practice behavioral interviewing—preferably aloud to another person.
      2. It’s also a good idea to research the company and know a few things about the people interviewing you (we’ll tell you who they are beforehand).
      3. Come with a few thoughtful questions. It’s meant to be a two-way conversation.

      Final decision

After careful consideration, our team will reach out to inform you of the outcome. If selected, welcome aboard. We are excited for you to join the Enterprise Sales Development Program.
