COVID-19, connectivity should go hand-in-hand
Disparities in connectivity are occurring in smaller, rural school districts where there is a historical funding and resource gap. To promote rural broadband investment in Pennsylvania, House Bill 1400 – the Small Wireless Facilities Deployment Act – aims to improve connectivity through the advancement and deployment of small cells.
