Hans Riemer, Gabe Albornoz and Craig Rice, all members of the Montgomery County Council wrote an article for Maryland Matters on the importance of passing ZTA 19-07. “In the final analysis, the choice is quite simple. Montgomery County can continue to sit on the sidelines, or it can pass ZTA 19- 07 to expand access to opportunity, improve digital equity, and help bring new jobs and economic development to the county. It is time for the council to act,” stated the members.
