Mt. Pleasant Council approves small cell antenna agreement
The Mt. Pleasant (PA) City Council approved a right-of-way use agreement detailing zoning and building permits for Crown Castle to install a small cell node in the borough. Deanna Istik, borough solicitor, stated that the agreement permits Crown Castle to install the planned pole and antenna at 750 W. Smithfield St., with specific stipulations to notify residents when they plan to install the pole, if and when they plan to switch the technology from 4G to 5G, or any other technology changes.
