Crown Castle was approved to increase the height of an AT&T tower in Laytonville by 20 feet. Letters opposing the height expansion cited a range of concerns, from the tower not fulfilling the needs of people who don’t use AT&T to those who felt it would pose a hazard to the children attending the nearby Spy Rock School.
