Opinion: Preparing for Broadband Investment
Gina Stewart, executive director of the BWI Business Partnership, and Ashley Greenspan, the public affairs manager at Crown Castle, penned an opinion piece for Maryland Matters on broadband investment in the state. The pair suggested policies and actions for investing that will efficiently close the digital divide, such as small cell legislation and “utilizing public assets to deploy small cells and antennas.”
