Interim Planning Director in Palo Alto, CA, Jonathan Lait, approved Crown Castle/Verizon Wireless to install five new wireless communications facilities. One from the citizens group United Neighbors, which is protesting Lait's approval of five wireless equipment "nodes," and another from Crown Castle, which is objecting to Lait's denial of the other two nodes in the application.
