Crown Castle Public Affairs Manager Ashley Greenspan wrote an article on the surge of telehealth through the pandemic and the necessity of sufficient connectivity upgrades to support the long-term success of telehealth to promote equity throughout New York. Greenspan stated, “As we continue to wrestle with the lessons of the pandemic, it is already clear that closing the digital divide must be a top priority to ensure that all New Yorkers have the connectivity they need to access telehealth and other critical services. It is critical that we must act now to facilitate next generation connectivity; healthcare innovation and access depends on it.”
