Verizon deploys private 5G in hospital
Verizon deployed a private 5G network in the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System, offering advanced clinical capabilities such as AR-assisted presurgical guidance, virtual 3D X-rays and VR-assisted medical learning. The network enables real-time patient care decisions, and is part of a partnership with the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.
