Applying to the program.

The interview process.
After reviewing your application, we will notify you via email regarding the outcome. If selected, you will receive an invitation to interview, which consists of four stages:
Pre-recorded video interview
As the first step, we will invite you to complete a pre-recorded video interview. We recommend that you prepare your space ahead of time, test your devices, eliminate background noise and make sure your video is functioning correctly.
1:1 interview
If you progress to the next stage, one of our team members will contact you for a one-on-one interview. This will provide an opportunity to discuss your experiences, educational background, skills and more. We recommend that you prepare by practicing behavioral interviewing, preparing questions for your interviewer and researching the company to tailor your answers accordingly.
Super Day Interviews
At this stage, selected candidates will be invited to Business Immersion Program Super Day, which takes place at a designated office location. During this in-person event, you will engage in case study interviews, where you will be presented with business problems to solve. You’ll demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills while formulating solutions and recommendations. Super Day is also an opportunity for you to get to know us. You’ll meet BIP teammates, business leaders and other candidates while engaging in networking and team-building activities.
To prepare for your case study interview:
- You do not need to come with any specific knowledge. Just come prepared to read the case study carefully and ask thoughtful, clarifying questions.
- In places where we haven’t given you the information and you need to make a recommendation, state the assumptions you are making.
- Be clear and succinct on your thought process. We want to understand how you think and solve problems.
Final decision
After careful consideration, our team will reach out to inform you of the outcome. If selected, welcome aboard. We are excited for you to join the Business Immersion Program.
