Building connections, building communities.
At Crown Castle, we proudly serve our communities. Connected by Good is our program to give and volunteer in the communities where we live and work. Starting in 2017 as an initiative to revitalize parks, it's our way of giving back. This program quickly expanded beyond parks, with our mission to improve public spaces where people connect, promote public safety and advance access to education and technology. From local office donations and volunteering at afterschool programs and digital literacy classes, to a company-wide day of service, our teammates across the country continue to give back to the communities where they live and work.
Improving our public spaces
We work to revitalize the parks, schools, libraries and roads that act as the connective threads of our communities.
Creating safer communities
We help to improve the everyday safety of our communities through advanced technologies, support for first responders and emergency relief.
Advancing access to education & technology
We help to promote access to education and technology in schools and underserved communities.
Part of the community.
We're proud to partner with Boys & Girls Clubs of America through our Connected by Good program, helping inspire the next generation in a future in STEM. See how we’re doing our part to make our local communities better places to live, including volunteering across 50+ clubs.
Check out our time during our STEM Inspiration Days as our teammates lead hands-on activities while making an impact in their local communities.

Our commitment to a positive impact.
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) efforts are a key part of who we are. From helping bridge the digital divide to our inherently sustainable infrastructure, we’re committed to operating conscientiously to best serve our business, our communities and the world.
