Crown Castle Announces Pricing of Senior Notes Offering
HOUSTON , Jan. 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE:CCI) ("Crown Castle") announced today that it has priced its previously announced public offering of senior notes due 2021 and 2026, in aggregate principal amounts of $600 million and $900 million , respectively.
