Crown Castle Announces Pricing of Senior Notes Offering
HOUSTON , July 25, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE:CCI) ("Crown Castle") announced today that it has priced its previously announced public offering of 3.200% Senior Notes due 2024 and 3.650% Senior Notes due 2027, in aggregate principal amounts of $750 million and
