Crown Castle International Announces Pricing of $900 Million Senior Notes Offering
HOUSTON , Jan. 22, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE:CCI) announced today that it has priced its previously announced public offering of senior notes due 2015. The offering was increased to $900 million from a previously announced offering size of $600 million .
