Carlsbad Fiber Network on Track
The city of Carlsbad (CA) will begin a digital information network project made possible through its agreement with Crown Castle, which has installed fiber optic cables throughout the area. The city will see faster internet connection and smart traffic signal connection through the use of the upgraded network. In addition, the project will help save the city $250,000 a year in broadband costs.
