Students living in Rochester’s Cornerstone Group (NY) and Charles Settlement’s Staduim Estates now have access to free wireless internet connections through the Community Classrooms program. The initiative is a joint effort of House New York Inc., the philanthropic arm of the New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH), and Crown Castle, the nation’s largest provider of shared communications infrastructure. Crown Castle public affairs manager Ashley Greenspan stated, “At Crown Castle, we understand that communication infrastructure and devices are critical to providing online access to the communities that need it most."
