Summer Internship Program requirements.
To be eligible for our Summer Internship Program, you must be:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program. Unless otherwise specified in the position description, candidates for our Summer Internship Program should be rising juniors or seniors.
- Authorized to work full-time in the United States without requiring additional sponsorship.
Applying for the Summer Internship Program.
The following information will be useful to you as you prepare to apply to the program:
- Application period: Summer internship opportunities are posted early in the spring semester. For timely consideration, we encourage you to apply as soon as you are ready.
- How to apply: Visit our Careers portal and upload your resume. Additionally, answer a few short-form questions to help us understand your background and qualifications. We embrace an inclusive evaluation approach and therefore do not require cover letters or letters of recommendation.
The hiring process.
After reviewing your application, we will notify you about your status. If you are selected, you may be invited to one or more interviews conducted remotely.
1:1 interview
- The hiring manager will invite you to a one-on-one interview, where you can discuss your experiences, educational background, skills and more.
- Before the interview, we advise you to practice behavioral interviewing—preferably aloud to another person. It’s also a good idea to research the company and know a few things about the people interviewing you (we’ll tell you who they are beforehand). Think about the ways your skills and experience may align with the role you’re applying for and come with a few thoughtful questions. It’s meant to be a two-way conversation.
Case study interview
After your one-on-one interview, you may be invited to a case study interview, providing an opportunity to showcase your problem-solving abilities. During the interview, you will be presented with a business problem and asked to propose a solution or recommendation, allowing us to assess your thought process.
To prepare for your interview:
- Ask thoughtful, clarifying questions.
- In places where we haven’t given you the information but you need to make a recommendation, state any assumptions you are making.
- Be clear and succinct on your thought process. We want to understand how you think and solve problems.
Offer process
After careful consideration, our team will reach out to inform you of the outcome. Once you receive an offer, your manager will be available to address any questions you may have ahead of your start date.
Onboarding process
You will participate in a company onboarding at the start of your internship, which typically begins in early June. We’re excited to help you get started on this career-defining journey and hope to hear from you soon.
